PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Hammer crusher is a crusher that directly crush those no more than particles size of 600-1800 mm material to 25 or less than 25 mm. WORKING PRINCIPLE

Hammer crusher is mainly composed of casing, rotor, bearing iron and grate, etc. The casing is divided into two parts. The steel plate is welded after cutting. The other parts are connected with bolts as a whole.High manganese steel lining plate is mounted inside the casing, which can be replaced after wear.Hammer crusher spindle is installed with an array of regular distribution of hammer, with the rotary table and hammer shaft to form a rotor.The main shaft is driven by the motor and the triangular belt, so that the rotor rotates. The hammers spread out to all sidesas a result of the centrifugal force generated during the rotation. After the large piece of material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port, it is smashed by those high-speed moving hammers.The qualified brokenmaterials are discharged by the bottom of the grate, and the unqualified ones are left in the crushing cavity and are repeatedly crushed by the hammer and the bearing strike iron until they can be discharged
