Our HR Policies & Procedures

We prepared an orientation to provide our employees with an overview of the Company’s policies, benefits, and rules. It is intended to familiarize them with important information about the company, as well as provide guidelines for their employment experience with the company in an effort to foster a safe and healthy work environment.

Talent Cultivation Mechanism:

1. Diversified training courses: orientation training, professionalism training, management training; rich training forms: network learning, outside study, internal training with trainers, internal training with lecturers;

2. Post training for new comers: speed up employees to be adapted to the team, help them to learn special post skills; post shift, teach skills of multi posts for employees to eliminate career tiredness;

3. Select employees to have overseas visits and to participate in commercial exhibitions.

Talent Development Mechanism:

1.    Establish employee occupation development path featuring management and profession double-track system, thus to satisfy development needs of personality and occupation orientation.

2.    In case of post vacancy, provide internal post competition opportunities for excellent employees, thus to enable each employee to have space for development;

Remunerations and Welfare Mechanism:

1.    We stress on performance, encourage “more return for more performance”. We provide remunerations over average level in the industry, and have established performance and remunerations system which emphasizes on sustainable improvement and passion as well as outstanding performance.

2.    We pay Five Insurance and One Fund for employees as required by the government, and provide nutritious launch and dormitory. Employees are entitled to various vacations and holiday gifts.
